Some street noise is possible, especially on weekends. - The entrance and apartments have steps, so unfortunately these studios aren't suitable for guests with limited mobility or wheelchairs. - Quiet hours (please): after 10pm, keep noise to a minimum in respect of neighbours and the surrounding community. - No live TV channels (including BBC), but all studios have strong WiFi and free access to Netflix in HD/4K. - Keyless, secure self check-in—full instructions and your code provided in advance. - All essentials are provided: bed linen, towels, kitchenware, WiFi, smart TV, and cleaning supplies. - Non-smoking, no vaping, and no pets allowed.
